Beef product destined for international markets will soon have an extended shelf life of up to 120 days, once the upgrades to our processing plant are complete in October. The refurbishment of the boning room at the Warrnambool processing plant will bring improved competences to our processing, doubling our dayshift capacity and allowing us to deliver improved efficiencies and working conditions for staff. The new facility, scheduled to be completed in October, will incorporate state-of-the-art chilled packaging technology that will provide beef products an extended shelf life of up to 120 days.
