We are looking for a highly organised Receptionist who is a quick thinker and diligent with their tasks. You must work extremely well autonomously as well as being a team performer. You must respond well to direction and have an open and honest nature. General reception tasks of answering calls & directing them to the appropriate staff member. Order taking as well as messages will also be the responsibility of this role. You will greet visitors to our site and will therefore need to be presentable and friendly. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent manners. You will be required to handle ad hoc tasks including processing supplier and customer invoices and should have a basic knowledge of general book keeping. You will have to follow up supplier queries and process supplier invoices. You will have to assist in all aspects of accounts receivable as required and follow up customer queries in a timely manner. In administration, you should have efficient filing skills, record keeping, and be highly organised and a quick worker. This position requires communications written and spoken as well as managing daily priorities for the good of the company. General product and software training will be provided. Our Pastoral team is looking to fill the position of “Senior Dairy Farmhand” on one of our large dairy properties.
