Our processing plants are halal accredited. We operate a strictly controlled, government-supervised Muslim slaughter program. We have the region’s largest rendering plant, which operates under strict government guidelines and is accredited with the Australian Rendering Association.
In relation to our food production operation, we are committed to providing high quality product every time. We know that we are responsible for feeding your families – and we take that responsibility seriously.
That’s why we operate a Meat Safety Quality Assurance Program, incorporating world-recognised HACCP principles for the production of wholesome products for the world market.
These programs are audited by the Australian Quarantine Inspection Service and Aus-Meat. But that is not enough for us. So we also operate a NATA accredited laboratory. Our qualified microbiologists check, double check and triple check our product. And we ensure it gets to this point in the best possible condition by providing our staff on the line with intensive training and thorough guidelines as to what we expect of them.
